Beckstein Behavioral Health is currently seeking passionate, energetic, dedicated and driven mental health counselors to join our fast-growing group private practice. We specialize in the latest, most advanced treatment of trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, dissociation and the unique trauma experienced by the LGBTQ+ community.
We strive to create a flexible and autonomous environment where you will have a supportive and collaborative team of therapists, billers, administration and clinical supervision to assist you in learning, growing and reaching your full potential as a therapist. Your supervision will be specialized and individualized.

Essential Functions
- • Conduct intakes and develop individualized treatment plans
- • Conduct individual therapy on a weekly basis
- • Apply best practice standards and outcome measurements
- • Maintain client records and documentation per practice standards
- • Participate in regular, reflective, and collaborative supervision
- • Create an affirming therapeutic space for LGBTQ+ clients
- • Function as an effective team member within the counseling community
Qualifications
- • LAC, LPC, LCSW, or LMSW (must be licensed in Arizona)
- • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field
- • Culturally sensitive, social justice oriented, LGBTQ+ allied/affirming
